Combine the milk, honey, and yeast in the bowl of a kitchen mixer (or large bowl) and whisk lightly to break up the yeast.
Add the butter and whisk lightly again to combine
Stir in the dry ingredients and mix until combined
Using your dough hook, knead the bread for about 5 minutes until it is smooth
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover and let rise for 30 minutes
Lightly grease a 9x4x4 Pullman loaf pan
Gently deflate the dough and form into a log shape about the length of the Pullman pan and put it in the pan and cover. If you have the Pullman cover use it but make sure it is greased. Otherwise cover with greased aluminum foil
Let rise for 30-40 minutes until the dough is about ½ inch from the top.
While it is rising, preheat the over to 350°
Bake covered for 40 minutes
Slide the loaf out of the pand and let the bread cool completely on a cooling rack
