Ingredients
- 2 oz Ford's Gin
- 1 oz St Germain (elderflower liqueur)
- 4 oz Prosecco
- ΒΌ oz Raspberry liqueur (or syrup)
Instructions
- Add the gin and St Germain's to a cocktail shaker with a large ice cube and stir (not shake) until the shaker is cold
- Strain into a champagne flute or martini glass. Top with prosecco.
- Use a bar spoon to gently flow the raspberry liqueur into the glass. It should settle on the bottom. Do not stir.
- Serve
