Waterloo Sunset

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Ford's Gin
  • 1 oz St Germain (elderflower liqueur)
  • 4 oz Prosecco
  • ¼ oz Raspberry liqueur (or syrup)

Instructions

  • Add the gin and St Germain's to a cocktail shaker with a large ice cube and stir (not shake) until the shaker is cold
  • Strain into a champagne flute or martini glass. Top with prosecco.
  • Use a bar spoon to gently flow the raspberry liqueur into the glass. It should settle on the bottom. Do not stir.
  • Serve
