Elba Sunset

Ingredients

  • 1¾ oz Ford's Gin
  • ¾ oz Lime juice
  • ¾ oz Simple syrup
  • 4 oz Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
  • ½ oz Raspberry liqueur (or syrup)

Instructions

  • Add the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with a large ice cube and stir (not shake) until the shaker is cold
  • Strain into a champagne flute or martini glass. Top with prosecco.
  • Use a bar spoon to gently flow the raspberry liqueur into the glass. It should settle on the bottom. Do not stir.
  • Serve
