This is similar to a French 75 but with hibiscus instead of lemon

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker with lid
  • 10 oz Martini glass (chilled if possible)
  • Cocktail strainer

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Ford's gin
  • ½ oz Hibiscus syrup
  • ½ oz Triple sec (or any orange citrus liqueur)
  • 5 oz Champaign or any white sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Put the gin, hibiscus syrup, and triple sec in a cocktail shaker
  • Fill with ice. Cover and shake for 30 seconds
  • Strain into a 10 oz martini glass
  • Top with Champaign
