Pisco Sour

Pisco Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco
  • 1 oz lime juice (key lime if possible)
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Angostura bitters

Instructions

  • Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker
  • Seal the shaker and shake for 5-8 seconds without any ice. Hold the tin closed tightly because it will not seal on its own without ice!
  • Add ice to the tin, seal, and shake for another 8-10 seconds
  • Double strain into a coup and garnish with a few dashes of the bitters
