Pisco Sour
Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz pisco
- 1 oz lime juice (key lime if possible)
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker
- Seal the shaker and shake for 5-8 seconds without any ice. Hold the tin closed tightly because it will not seal on its own without ice!
- Add ice to the tin, seal, and shake for another 8-10 seconds
- Double strain into a coup and garnish with a few dashes of the bitters
