Jack Frost

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• 1/2 oz Lemon juice (fresh, strained)
• 1/2 oz Simple syrup
• 6 oz Prosecco

This sparkling blue cocktail recipe makes two drinks.

Put vodka, blue curacao lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until chilled. Strain into two martini glasses. Top with prosecco.
